To uphold our commitment as a social enterprise and ensure maximum financial aid reaches the street cats we support, all sales are final. We adhere to a strict No Returns, No Refunds, and No Exchanges policy on all purchases.

  • Social Enterprise Commitment: Every dollar of profit generated from your purchase goes directly toward funding essential resources, medical care, and food for street cats. Allowing returns and processing refunds would divert funds and resources away from this critical mission.

  • Final Sale: All purchases made through Supermarcat are considered final sale.

What to Do If Your Cat Doesn't Like the Item

We understand that pets can be picky! If, for any reason, the item you purchased is not suitable for your cat (e.g., they don't like a particular food, toy, or product), we kindly ask you to consider the following options instead:

  1. Donate to Local Rescuers or Fosterers: Many independent cat rescuers and foster parents are always in need of supplies. Donating your unused item to them will directly benefit a cat in need.

  2. Give to Community Feeders: If the item is food, local community feeders would greatly appreciate the donation to help sustain the colonies they care for.

  3. Share with a Friend: Gift the item to a friend or neighbour who has a cat that might enjoy it.
